   • Built an AI command-brief layer using Gemini API that condenses live operational data into a concise incident-commander summary, so decision-makers grasp the situation at a glance rather than parsing raw tables

2. BiteSaver

   5th Place out of 117 teams

   Hack for Humanity 2025

   • Built the consumer-facing front end in Next.js, React, and TypeScript, encompassing a responsive listings UI (laptop to mobile) where users browse surplus-food deals that nearby businesses post near closing time.
   • Connected the front end to the team's Express/Firestore backend to render live listings, shipping an end-to-end consumer product in a 3-person team
